Error codes and troubleshooting
| Code | Meaning | What to do | Manual page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Overload protection button | Unstable grid voltage, such as from lightning, or a large voltage input at the AC terminal trips the overload protection (safety circuit breaker). It disconnects the AC input port from external devices. | Turn off the power button and unplug all ports. After confirming no part is abnormal, turn the power button on. Press the overload protection button and turn on the AC cable to resume AC input. | 6 |
| High temperature protection | The internal temperature is too high or too low. The intelligent protection program forces the machine to stop working normally. | Wait for the machine to return to normal temperature, then you can start working again. Keep both side air inlets unblocked. | 7 |
| Low temperature protection | The internal temperature is too low or too high. The intelligent protection program forces the machine to stop working normally. | Wait for the machine to return to normal temperature, then you can start working again. | 7 |
| Overload | In UPS mode, AC output above 1400W (US/Japan standard) or 2000W (other standards) makes the UPS icon flash. The AC icon goes out and output is interrupted. | Check the load situation. Reduce the connected AC load so it stays within the stated limit. | 8 |

FAQ
How long will the Oukitel P5000 run a refrigerator?
About 97 hours for a typical 120 W refrigerator that runs 35 % of the time, after inverter and depth-of-discharge losses.
Can the Oukitel P5000 start a sump pump or well pump?
Starting surge matters more than running watts: this unit is rated 4000 W peak. That covers a typical 1/2 HP sump pump (about 2150 W to start). Use the calculator with your exact pump.
