Growatt INFINITY 2000 PRO Overload Warning
What it means: The HELIOS 3600 is overloaded. Output ports are drawing more power than the rated limit for that port or the total output.
What to do
Unplug the AC load(s) that caused the overload. Unplugging the load clears the alarm and restores normal output. For 120V AC, total output across all ports is up to 3600W. For 240V AC, it is up to 2200W. For DC and USB, each single port has its own rated limit.
When to call service
The manual lists steps the owner can take. If the code comes back after them, or you are unsure, contact an authorized service dealer. The unit stops or will not start until the cause is cleared.
