Error codes and troubleshooting

CodeMeaningWhat to doManual page
High Temperature WarningThe temperature of the HELIOS 3600 is too high.Place the product in an open area for cooling. If you charge the unit immediately after it is fully discharged, this warning may appear. Wait 2-3 hours before charging.9
Low Temperature WarningThe current battery temperature is low, which reduces charging efficiency.Keep using the product. Charging efficiency returns to normal as the temperature rises.9
Overload WarningThe HELIOS 3600 is overloaded. Output ports are drawing more power than the rated limit for that port or the total output.Unplug the AC load(s) that caused the overload. Unplugging the load clears the alarm and restores normal output. For 120V AC, total output across all ports is up to 3600W. For 240V AC, it is up to 2200W. For DC and USB, each single port has its own rated limit.9
A01The cooling fan is blocked.Check whether the fan is blocked. If so, turn off the machine, remove the blockage, then restart the product. If the problem persists, contact Growatt Customer Service. Call service if it persists.23
A02The inverter has overheated.Turn off the product and place it in an open area for 2-3 hours. After cooling, the product will continue to work normally.23
A03The AC output load exceeds the allowed limit.Unplug part or all of the loads and keep the total output within 3600W to resume normal operation. Long-term overload may cause product damage.23

FAQ

How long will the Growatt INFINITY 2000 PRO run a refrigerator?

About 39 hours for a typical 120 W refrigerator that runs 35 % of the time, after inverter and depth-of-discharge losses.

Can the Growatt INFINITY 2000 PRO start a sump pump or well pump?

Starting surge matters more than running watts: this unit is rated 3400 W peak. That covers a typical 1/2 HP sump pump (about 2150 W to start). Use the calculator with your exact pump.
